Developer Horrified Triangles has announced a new demo for upcoming first-person horror title, Haunted Bloodlines, featuring revamped visuals and more.
The team says the new psychological horror demo has better visuals, as well as “new mechanics, and smarter enemies”, adding that “this updated demo offers a deeper, more intense glimpse into the nightmare that awaits.”
“This version of the demo is the closest we’ve come to capturing the full terror of Haunted Bloodlines,” said Giannis Soukoulis, developer at Horrified Triangles. “It’s more immersive and unpredictable,. You’re not just walking through a haunted mansion. You’re walking through a memory that wants you dead.”
Haunted Bloodlines is a first-person psychological horror game that plunges you into a mansion cursed by a legacy of grief, guilt, and madness. As a reluctant heir to a blood-soaked past, you must explore a decaying, ever-shifting estate where nothing is stable, not the rooms, not the timeline, and certainly not your own mind. With no weapons and limited sanity, your survival hinges on instinct, stealth, and unraveling the truth before it consumes you.
On top of this news, it’s also been announced that in Asia the game will be published by Serafini Productions, and if that’s a familiar name, that’s because that’s the publisher behind the Brokenlore games we’ve been loving here at LLC recently.
Here’s the key features for Haunted Bloodlines:
- Defensive Gameplay Mechanics – For the first time, players can fend off certain enemies, adding layers of tension and tactical choice.
- Smarter Enemies – Enemies now respond with adaptive behaviors, making every encounter more unpredictable.
- Complete Visual Overhaul – Nearly every asset has been rebuilt exclusively for Haunted Bloodlines, resulting in a haunting, atmospheric world drenched in dread.
- Improved Performance – Optimized for smoother gameplay, faster load times, and more stable performance.
- Photo Mode – Capture spine-tingling moments in-game to relive your descent into madness.
- New UI & Light Mode – A more intuitive interface and visual customization options.
Haunted Bloodlines is coming to PC via Steam “soon”.
