If you followed our complete farming guide for Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar then you’re probably already making great use of the red windmill. However, if you’re wondering how you can unlock the blue windmill and make use of its seed-creation functionality then you’re in the right place.
The blue windmill won’t unlock until you’ve reached the bazaar level 3. This can take a bit of time, but if you’re following our farming guide then you should be making a good chunk of money every Saturday.
After reaching level 3, a few days later Isaac will wander onto your farm and ask for help to get the blue windmill up and running. The dolt has somehow lost his windmill-fixing tool though, and asks for your help.
Luckily finding it is simple enough, simply run/jump/glide over to the bazaar area and take an immediate left. You’re going to the south-western corner of the bazaar map, to the raised area with the benches. To the right of one of the benches you’ll see a sparkle, press A over that and you’ll find Isaac’s tool. Just return it to him and he’ll get the blue windmill up and running as well as providing a guide on how to use it.
