EARTH MUST DIE is a new adventure game starring Alex Horne, Ben Starr, and more

Bastard's crying, innit.
EARTH MUST DIE

A gorgeous new adventure game has been announced by publisher No More Robots called EARTH MUST DIE, and it features some of the elites of the comedy industry.

Developed by Size Five and published by No More Robots (Descenders, Yes Your Grace, Not Tonight, Fashion Police Squad, and a lot more), not only does EARTH MUST DIE feature the likes of Ben Starr (Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Final Fantasy 16), but the team has grabbed some of the very best of the comedy industry, including Little Alex Horne, the creator of Taskmaster, one of the best shows on television.

In fact, so important is Little Alex Horne to the title, he’s actually the lead in the marketing, with his lovely face adorning the new trailer, which you can see below. If you’re wondering, the little blue guy in the image above is who he plays.

Chesham United’s favourite board member (probably) isn’t the only comedy talent signed up for this one, however. In fact, the list is actually rather phenomenal. Tamsin Greig (Green Wing, Black Books), Mike Wozniak (Three Bean Salad podcast, Man Down, Taskmaster), and plenty more are on board, with one of the biggest coups seeming that Matthew Holness (Garth Merenghi himself) playing a role.

Here’s more details on the game:

You, third son of The Grand Shepherd of the Tyrythian Ascendancy, are a bit of a prick, to be honest. Nobody wants you to rule. Your brothers are better. Your companion is literally a floating tit. Need I say more?

Thankfully, your dad is on his last legs and if you manage to orchestrate your brothers into conveniently popping their clogs too, YOU can rule!

Explore your satirical cartoony dominion, where vaporising planets to boost the economy is just good business. Who cares if there was a lot of life on that one? The thing is, you’re running out of planets. Surely there’s one more about here somewhere…

EARTH MUST DIE is coming to PC via Steam.
