Developer Seed Lab, along with Pathea, have confirmed a crossover between Starsand Island and My Time at Portia.
Starsand Island is getting a brother and sister duo from My Time at Portia, planned for release after the game comes to PC and consoles in February 2026.
The team says: “Portia’s gentleman architect, Gust, and his sister Ginger, will leave their hometown behind to become permanent residents of Starsand Island.”
The developer explains that: “Players will be able to explore a unique storyline for each character, while their friendship with the duo deepens over the course of the game.”

After their busy days in Sandrock and Portia, this beloved brother-and-sister duo will be taking a well-deserved break and joining us as new neighbors on Starsand Island, and ready to begin a peaceful new chapter of their lives by the ocean.
Once Starsand Island officially launches, Gust and Ginger will appear as special neighbors on this cozy and sun-soaked island! Whether you’ve known them for years or will be meeting them for the first time, you’ll be able to create new memories, share warm conversations, and enjoy slow, healing days together.

Starsand Island is coming to PC and consoles in February 2026.
