Developer Supermassive Games has opened up an entire store to sell merchandise for The Dark Pictures series, which will feature limited and exclusive drops.
Obviously the timing of this is smart on the developer’s part, and there’s a lot more on offer than you might imagine. From things like t-shirts featuring the Little Hope Diner (off Route 36), all the way back to The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan sticker collections. There are posters, clothing, accessories, and collectibles available. There’s even a (sold out, sadly) diorama of The Curator, that would have set you back £89 if it were in stock.
There’s a huge amount of posters, featuring some that horror fans will enjoy. Blood soaked protagonists, scary Nurse-like characters, and a nice movie-collection like poster showing off the four The Dark Pictures games so far (Man of Mean, Little Hope, House of Ashes, The Devil in Me).
If you do decide to grab something, there’s a free map and pin for the first order you place. This set includes “a detailed map of the World’s Fair Hotel” from The Devil in Me, along with an enamel pin of the game logo. Supermassive says these are limited time and “once these packs are gone, they’re gone for good”. They’re first come, first served, it seems.
The developer says that: “This launch is powered by a collaboration with Sophisticated Geek, experts in crafting standout merch experiences across the industry. Supermassive Games is proud to join forces with them to deliver a premium shopping experience for horror fans around the world!”. Supermassive says that “the store launches to celebrate six years of fear, choice, and cinematic horror, offering exclusive merchandise inspired by all four of The Dark Pictures titles: Man of Medan, Little Hope, House of Ashes, and The Devil in Me.”
Curiously there is no merchandise yet for Directive 8020, which is the next game in the series, but perhaps more will arrive nearer release date, when that’s announced.
Directive 8020 is coming to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S in 2026.
