Independent studio FuturLab has announced the long-awaited Adventure Time pack for PowerWash Simulator 2, and it’s coming on April 9th.
The team says: “Officially licensed by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, the Pack brings the whimsical world of Adventure Time into the calming universe of PowerWash Simulator 2, and invites players to grab their adventuring gear and tackle a series of mucky jobs inspired by iconic locations from the anima”
As you can see from the trailer below, it looks gorgeous and colourful, and yes, probably means I’ll be playing some PowerWash Simulator 2 again in April.
Here’s the list of five locations from the Land of Ooo you can clean up:
- Tree House Living Room
- Pizza Sassy’s
- Ice King’s Castle
- Candy Vehicles
- Tree House
Each location has been faithfully recreated and merged with PowerWash Simulator 2’s signature satisfying gameplay. Players will restore order across these fan favourite environments using custom Adventure Time–themed cosmetics and a bespoke player character model – the Royal Candy Cleaner!
Building on the strengths of PowerWash Simulator 2, the pack takes full advantage of the game’s refined tools, improved visuals and expanded co-op, making it fun to clean solo or with friends in co-op!
In our PowerWash Simulator 2 review we said: “PowerWash Simulator 2 is an easy sell to those who have never tried the original, and an even easier sell to those who loved it. It’s one of the best examples of an iterative sequel I’ve seen in a while, retaining everything I loved about the first game while smoothing out some of the rougher edges. Relaxing and hypnotic, you’ll lose hours to this game every time you pick up the controller, and you’ll come back time after time for more”, and we only really knocked the game for the story which is easily missable.
The Adventure Time pack for PowerWash Simulator 2 will cost £6.50 ($7.99 / €7.99) and will be released on April 9th across all formats.
