MangledMaw Games has announced that a new demo for Amanda the Adventurer 3 has been released on PC for Steam, giving a taste of the finale of the series ahead of release.
The team says: “Fans of the series and newcomers alike can hop into the demo, a standalone chapter that puts you in the shoes of an unnamed protagonist tasked with infiltrating a Hameln Entertainment facility several years before the events of the first Amanda the Adventurer”, adding: “What will the protagonist discover, and how does it tie into Riley and Amanda’s future adventures? Will their findings confirm Aunt Kate’s suspicions about the missing children? There’s only one way to find out…”
You can grab the demo via Steam, here.
Here’s the key features for the game:
- Challenging, escape room-style puzzles using clues hidden within the tapes.
- Interact with Amanda and friends in an all-new series of 90s-style CGI adventures!
- New Area: You’re not at the Kensdale Public Library anymore! Explore an abandoned Hameln facility with decades of secrets to uncover.
- Bring closure to the story of Amanda, Riley, Aunt Kate, and everyone affected by the sinister production of Amanda the Adventurer and Hameln Entertainment’s mysterious motivations.
Amanda the Adventurer 3 once again follows Riley Park as they delve deeper to unravel the disturbing mysteries behind the bizarre interactive children’s show– Amanda the Adventurer. After surviving a harrowing encounter in their Aunt Kate’s attic—where a stack of old VHS tapes of the 90s-style cartoon began a chain of terrifying events—Riley found themself in the Kensdale Public Library, faced with new secrets, danger, and an unexpected ally. With the help of a mysterious masked woman, Riley was able to escape the library and now finds themself navigating an abandoned facility in a final attempt to get to the bottom of Hameln Entertainment’s nefarious activities.
Amanda the Adventurer 3 launches on Steam later this year.
