Lashana Lynch (No Time To Die, The Woman King, The Day of the Jackal), who stars as Brianna Young in Directive 8020, was recently featured in an interview showcased at IGN Fan Fest on 26th February.
In the interview, Lashana dives into her role as Brianna, a pilot assigned to the Cassiopeia reconnaissance ship who is thrust into a nightmare of twists and horrors. She reflects on leading her first horror project, bringing a resilient, complex female character to life, and the motion capture work behind the game’s terrifying edge-of-your-seat experience.
Directive 8020 is the latest entry in the (in my opinion, excellent) Dark Pictures anthology series of games from Supermassive. Trailers have shown it looking a bit like Alien crossed with The Thing, and I can’t wait to get my hands on it.
Directive 8020 is releasing on May 12 on PC, Xbox and PlayStation.
