Bandai Namco has revealed that Little Nightmares 3 will be releasing October 10 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2. To celebrate the announcement, a new trailer has been released as well as plenty of information about what players can expect.
When you enter the world of Little Nightmares, you’ll be visiting the Nowhere, a vast and surreal land where the odds are stacked against you; where children must use their wits and courage to survive. It’s a place made for adults, you see. Where the rotten cruelty of the grown-up world is an ever-present danger, constantly permutating into new and frightening places and hosting new Residents to populate them.
Detailed on the official PlayStation blog, players will be playing as two characters called Low and Alone. They’re best friends after discovering each other in Nowhere. After being through so much together, they finally have a chance to escape. By working together, they may finally achieve what every other Visitor has only ever dreamed of. One of the locations seen in the trailer is Carnevale. It’s a terrifying take on an amusement park, filled with uncanny valley circus tents, game stalls, and creepy characters. Stringless marionettes roam Carnevale, and they look absolutely terrifying.
Little Nightmares 3 pre-orders are available now as well. There are currently four different versions available on the official website: Standard, Mirror, Deluxe, and Premium Spiral Edition. There are plenty of benefits to each one, which you can check out below:
