Lost Ark July update

Amazon Games has today launched its July update for Lost Ark, featuring a new seasonal progression path, improvements to Solo Aegir & Solo Mode, and much more. A new blog post has been released which features plenty of details about the update.

Paradise is experimental new solo content built to help increase player progression speed by adding new paths for you to earn a variety of impactful rewards.

The true combat depth only begins once your new seasonal gear called Legacy of Paradise power reaches a certain level. For example, Paradise: Hell features a wide variety of unknown content and hidden mechanics, encouraging constant exploration and challenges.

It will have an easy difficulty so that it’s accessible to all players. At a high level, the goal of this system is twofold; deliver fresh experiences and give players an easy method of acquiring rewards on a per character basis for faster progression. Paradise is a new type of seasonal content with weekly activities that can be completed on each character. Season One will run from July 23 through November 12. It will provide both weekly and seasonal rewards, split into three distinct activities—Elysian, Crucible, and Hell. Your character must be Item Level 1580+ and clear the quest Blazing Flame of War in Kurzan South to participate.

Titled Paradise, the new season is packed full of new content. A breakdown of some of its key features can be found below:

  • Paradise System: Players can follow a new seasonal progression path with three distinct activities—Elysian, Crucible and Hell. This experimental content will increase player progression with weekly activities that can be completed on each character.
  • Solo Aegir & Solo Mode Improvements: Players can dive into a new 2-gate Kazeros solo raid, which includes numerous difficulty adjustments to make solo content more accessible overall, while still providing a challenge to veterans.
  • South Kurzan Powerpass & Mokoko Challenge Express: The South Kurzan Powerpass will boost characters to Item Level 1585, while the Mokoko Challenge Express will act as a progression boost for characters between 1585 and 1661. The Mokoko Bootcamp will also return to encourage veterans to assist new players.
  • Quality of Life Updates: Players will have access to Luminous Gems for customizable effects, Character Bound Gold for progression, a Mokoko Chat system to help mentors and mentees communicate, along with a significant revamp of Una’s Tasks based on player feedback.
  • UI Improvements: Improvements to UI include the Skin Collection Book system to help players manage all cosmetics and upgrades to Character Profiles, as well as improvements to the Party Finder and an Achievement System rework.
