Amazon Games has announced the return of the Rabbit’s Revenge event for New World for another year. That’s right, glowing red-eyed bunnies are here again.
A shadow shifted in the underbrush, stepping into the moonlit clearing — a rabbit, but not as nature intended. Its fur, twisted and marred by corruption, pulsed with an unnatural energy. The crisp spring air did nothing to steady his shaking hands as he tightened his grip on the hilt of his sword. A guttural, otherworldly growl rumbled from the tiny creature. Then, without warning, it leapt.
Starting today (April 15th), you can once again take on the corrupted rabbits to get new rewards. Amazon Games says: “We’re introducing the Corrupted Rabbit’s Armor set as a loot drop, which includes new legs, gloves, and boots for players to earn”, adding “In addition, there’s a new Corruption’s Rabbit Helm available in the store for the ultimate Corrupted Rabbit’s look. These rewards will give you the ultimate look to embody the spirit of the event.”
The even will last until May 13th, and each corrupted rabbit can drop the following:
