NBA 2K26 player rankings revealed

It’s that time once again! 2K has begun to release the player rankings for NBA 2K26, starting with the top 10 three-point and mid-range shooters. These specialist ratings highlight the best the National Basketball League has to offer. As no surprise to anyone, Steph Curry sits atop the list of three-point shooters with a staggering 99 rating, followed by his former teammates Kevin Durant (91) and Klay Thompson (89). Making our very own Chris White happy his Boston’s Sam Hauser sat in 9th with 87 OVR.

The mid-range rankings include some obvious choices, with Jokic at the top on 98 OVR, closely followed by Kyrie Irving on 98 as well. Cover star Shai Gilgeous Alexander sits in 5th with a 97 OVR. In the next ten days, 2K will reveal more player rankings in the categories of handling, steals, and driving dunks. This culminates on August 21 with the big reveal of the number 1 ranked player in NBA 2K26.
