SNK has announced the roster for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves has gotten a bit bigger today, with the addition of Street Fighter’s Chun-Li.
Chun-Li isn’t the first fighter to join from Street Fighter, as we recently got hands-on with Ken, who has since joined the roster as well. However, to mark the newly added legend from the Capcom series, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is also 60% off until November 21st, which is a heavy discount, and that’s for the special edition (base game and season pass 1 bundle).
Chun-Li arrives in full force—charging the opposition with signature moves and combos, classic threads (featured in Street Fighter 6 as Outfit 2), and trademark taunts from across the entire Street Fighter franchise. What brings the former ICPO investigator to the sinister streets of South Town? Play through her Arcade and EOST Mode stories to find out!
Here’s some of the details about Chun-Li’s addition:
- Voice Actors: Jennie Kwan (EN), Fumiko Orikasa (JA)
- Bio: Chun-Li, a battle-hardened Metro City agent, arrives in South Town, by request, to investigate the resurgence of an infamous criminal syndicate. Few wolves here can match the strength, style, and grace of this World Warrior—let alone best her outright. Perhaps the only one who can hold a candle to her is the fiery kunoichi of the Shiranui clan.
We’ve dropped the English voice acting trailer below, but you can check out the Japanese one as well, here.
Chun-Li will appear in multiple parts of the game, as follows:
- Arcade Mode: Chun-Li graces South Town in response to rumors surrounding the infamous criminal syndicate Shadaloo.
- Episodes of South Town: Chun-Li’s single-player RPG adventure centers around an invitation to share her kung fu knowledge and expertise with the people of South Town.
Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is out now for PC, PlayStation and Xbox Series X|S.
