We’re a little later than usual to record a podcast for this episode as the world of gaming has been busy, thanks to a new console launch and a huge Summer event.
Rather than have a rundown of every “showcase” and conference we’ve seen, the team has decided to hand-pick some of its favourite reveals and trailers, and talk about them. Of course we’ll mention the Xbox and Sony shows, as well as the main Summer Games Fest event.
Elsewhere, though, the same week all this news and these announcements was happening, Nintendo decided to launch a new console. With no access aside some previews before launch, everyone is in the same boat discovering the Switch 2 at the same time, really. How are we finding the console and its features? Are there any stand-out games, or hidden gems yet? What do we want from future updates, so far?
Question of the Week is about hardware launches, and memories of the best and worst ones.
