Coming later this year.
Dice Legends

Indie studio Big Bite Games has announced a new demo and animated trailer of roguelike deck-builder (with RPG elements) Dice Legends.

Published by Ad Luna, the teams says the new trailer “highlights the game’s three epic heroes, brought to life with gorgeous animations, while the demo launches as part of Steam’s #TurnBasedThursdayFest, which runs from June 2nd-9th, 2025. The demo is available now on the Dice Legends Steam page, with a release date slated for Q3 2025.”

The game will feature an original soundtrack from the Balatro composer, LouisF, and you can check out that new animated trailer, below:

There’s more info to get through, so first up here’s what you’ll get in the demo:

  • First chapter available to try out!
  • One playable character: Lion Paladin ARIE who uses the d6 dice to deal immense damage or shield himself against incoming attacks.
  • No time limits — run the dungeon as many times you want and explore all the game mechanics on offer!

The main game features, though, as as follows:

  • 160 hand-drawn cards offering multiple options for synergies and combos
  • 50+ enemies with multiple skills to challenge your best decks
  • 4 visually distinct worlds — each with its own set of monsters and challenges
  • 3 Heroes with unique play styles and different deck-building mechanics
  • 75+ items for your characters to equip or use in combat

In Dice Legends, players embark on an adventure in a high fantasy world as one of three characters — each representing a distinct class that uses a different type of dice: d6, d8, or d12. With every defeated enemy, cards or items are gained in return, opening up new build paths and tactical possibilities. What makes the game fun is trying to master the unpredictable nature of rolling the dice and chasing the addictive, game-breaking combos that evolve all the way to the final boss battle!

Dice Legends is coming to PC via Steam in 2025.
