EA and Maxis has a released a new deep dive trailer offering an in-depth look at the upcoming The Sims 4 expansion, Businesses and Hobbies. The Sims 4 has been running for years now, and continues to grow larger every few months with a new expansion that heaps on activities and items, as well as numerous ways to improve your Sims’ daily lives. There are dozens of content packs and expansions available now, and the latest is set to bring a whole new element to the game.
As we reported, Businesses and Hobbies will allow The Sims 4 players to expand on their Sims’ leisure activities by learning new skills and monetising their hobbies. New activities such as pottery and tattooing will be available with the expansion, as well as two new neighborhoods where you can set up your own small businesses.
As with previous expansions, Business and Hobbies not only gives you more to do but more to build, buy, design and work towards. You’ll be able to create a home for your business, complete with a storefront and interior, and focus your Sims’ towards being the best at what they do.
From becoming a landlord in For Rent, or owning your own horse ranch in, er, Horse Ranch, the expansions have always brought hours of entertainment to EA’s long-running life sim. The Sims 4 never does things by halves when it comes to their expansions and Business and Hobbies looks set to continue this trend.
