An exciting tribute to gaming legends, Lara Croft and Duke Nukem, are being introduced in World of Tanks’ Battle Pass Special: Heroes’ Paths. The limited-time only event runs from July 10th to July 21st, and introduces two brand new chapters, both cantered around these classic gaming icons and jam-packed with exclusive content. Both heroes’ lines are delivered by their unmistakable voice actors, Keeley Hawes and Jon St. John.
The Tomb Raider chapter offers players’ 30 stages and the Duke Nukem chapter offers 40. Players have the opportunity to unlock exclusive decals, emblems, styles and crew members.
The ultimate prize waits for players when they reach the end of every Improved Rewards track: a Premium vehicle engineered to cater to the style of its hero, each vehicle coming with exclusive 3D styles that feature elements from their respective franchises.
Swift, slender, deadly – Lara Croft’s vehicle, the IMT, mirrors her expertise, her agility and her intelligence. Her vehicle comes equipped with Lara’s iconic gear – ropes, a winch and a harpoon, reflecting her character and personality from her own games.
For Duke, who is like a tank himself, his TS-6, mirrors his “all guns blazing”, destructive and chaotic approach. It includes equally destructive gear: a nuclear reactor, enhanced weapons systems, grenade launchers and machine guns. The unique design of the tank is inspired by classic Duke Nukem weapons, like fire extinguishers and an incinerator.
