You may not be familiar with the game name Hotel Barcelona, but what if we told you it’s from Swery and Suda51. Interested, right?
Publisher CULT Games and developer White Owls (Deadly Premonition 2, The Good Life) have released a gameplay trailer for Hotel Barcelona, a “2.5D side-scrolling horror action roguelite”, which is coming to PC, Xbox Series S|X, and PS5 in 2025.

- 7 hellscapes to conquer – Brutalise your enemies across seven gory nightmares, with final boss killers that won’t go down without a vicious fight for the ages. Prepare yourself for a challenge in this savagely difficult roguelite, designed to test your mettle.
- 3 slasher co-op – Play solo or terrorise together beside two of your pals via online co-op. Or perhaps you’re wanting to cause some carnage? Invade your friends’ games via PvP mode and remind them of your ruthless power.
- 4 Slasher Phantoms – Dying in HOTEL BARCELONA only means you get more allies to your cause – up to 4 echoes of your previous failed runs will slay for your survival this time around. A lifeline in this chaos driven, demanding horror, the phantoms will deal damage and act as decoys. Their one last hurrah will be to see you to victory.
