Jackbox Games has announced two new titles, a full new party game in the form of Jackbox Party Pack 11, but also Trivia Murder Party 3 as a standalone game.
We don’t have the full list of games for The Jackbox Party Pack 11 yet, obviously, but the studio has dropped some hints as follows:
- A fantasy-themed trivia game where teams collaborate to defeat trivia-obsessed monsters.
- A social deduction game that puts each player on trial, where clues are based on facts players share about themselves.
- A head-to-head joke writing game where players “ruin” wholesome concepts under the direction of a “bad to the bone” host.
- A sound-based game featuring new Jackbox technology where players record themselves and compete to make the best sound effects.
- A cozy drawing game where players create simple designs based on bizarre prompts. (Warning: May induce hunger!)
“We took a break last year from the Party Pack franchise in order to innovate and deliver some long-requested products for fans, including The Jackbox Megapicker. We’re excited to focus our studio’s creativity and return to the Party Pack franchise. Party Pack 11 will feature five brand-new game concepts to bring the party game experience to another level,” said Jackbox Games CEO Mike Bilder.
Bilder added: “Trivia Murder Party 3 builds on the fan-favourite franchise by introducing online matchmaking alongside traditional local play via Jackbox room codes, connecting players both near and far. Launching in Early Access enables us to actively engage with our community and enhance the features they enjoy most.”
The showcase concluded with a teaser for Trivia Murder Party 3, a killer standalone title featuring online matchmaking coming later this year. Players can also play locally via a classic Jackbox Games room code. The next instalment of the beloved franchise is set in a summer camp and challenges players to outwit a serial killer on the loose, putting their smarts (and survival skills) to the test. Trivia Murder Party 3 will be available in Early Access on Steam and Epic in fall 2025 before launching on additional platforms in 2026.
The Jackbox Party Pack 11 and Trivia Murder Party 3 are coming to Steam, Xbox, Switch, PlayStation, Epic Games, Apple TV, and more. Party Pack 11 is due in Fall 2025, while Trivia Murder Party 3 will be in Early Access by Fall 2025.
