Developer Channel 37 has announced the long-awaited early access launch date for upcoming survival-crafting adventure, The Last Caretaker, and it’s November 6th.

The Last Caretaker will cost $34.99 / €29.99 / £26.99 whether you’re grabbing it on Steam or Epic Games Store, and it has an interesting premise, as follows:

You are the last caretaker; a reawakened machine tasked with saving the future of the human race by saving human seeds from a desolate earth, nurturing them and launching them toward humanity’s last settlement in space.

Offering a rich narrative to discover across a world shaped by humanity’s choices and consequences, you’ll uncover, step by step, the story behind your awakening, the echoes of those who came before, and the the answer to the ultimate question; what does it truly means to be human?

  • Dynamic Resource Management: Your resources are your means of survival. Make choices between crafting weapons for offense or saving your materials for an easy exit from fearsome mechanical foes
  • Immersive Worldbuilding: Explore a vast ocean world filled with abandoned structures, mysterious laboratories, and humanity’s last remaining harbours
