We got our first peek at the 45th hero to join the Overwatch 2 roster: Vendetta.
Players will get the chance to try her out during her Hero Trial, running November 26 through December 1.
Rising as a gladiator from the pits of the Colosseo, Vendetta’s journey is marked by calculated brutality and unwavering ambition. Her presence on the battlefield is as commanding as it is lethal.
As Overwatch 2’s first melee DPS Hero, Vendetta cuts through the competition with close-quarters precision and unmatched mobility. She thrives in the thick of the fight, darting in and out of range as she carves through enemies with her massive blade and raw power.

Her moveset looks interesting: we’ve never had a Damage hero with such a heavy on melee attacks. She appears to have a move similar to Reinhardt’s firestrike, and the ability to jump to her sword after throwing it should mean you can play very aggressively with her. Her ultimate looks tasty too…
Vendetta will be available to try from November 26th.
