Best gaming deals of the week – 10 September 2026

Evening, everyone!

There’s some cracking deals on the stores this week, and I’ve tried to add as much variety as possible this week so everyone can find a bargain that suits them. Also, if you’ve not seen, Nintendo is running a Customer Appreciation Sale in the US from 13 September, so if you’re American or have a US Nintendo account then that’ll likely be worth keeping an eye on too.

Anyway, let’s look at some deals:

Nintendo

If the recent Maneater 2 reveal got you hungry for some sharky action then you can pick up the original for four quid. Elsewhere I think there’s quite a nice range of story-driven games here to suit every taste.

As a little bonus, and because I can’t ignore it at this price, Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Anniversary Edition is just £1.34, which is a saving of 90%. If you’ve got even a passing interest or curiousity in visual novels then you can’t go wrong with this game at that price.

Playstation

A couple from our 2025 GOTY lists at 50% off this week, with The Alters and Baby Steps being two very different but equally great picks. If you’ve not played it though, Injustice 2 is the winner here. It’s got an excellent story mode, loads of gear to collect plus all the DLC characters for under a fiver.

I’ve not played Mr Driller in years but a couple of quid seems like a decent price for an addictive little puzzle game. Otherwise I can recommend Roadcraft if you like sims, and I’m sure the rest of the LLC team will endorse Banishers which I believe they all loved.

Steam

I’ve arbritrarily decided to theme this weeks selection of Steam goodies, and the theme is “Games I vaguely remember playing on the Xbox 360”!

It’s a bit of an eclectic mix, but if you’re going to pick one I’d probably suggest Singularity, which was a genuine banger. They’re all so cheap though that if there’s anything here you’ve not tried then you should take a punt on them. Just don’t blame me if you don’t like them.
