Characteristics:
An artificial monster species created by an ancient civilization and imbued with Rathalos’s power. Guardian Rathalos cannot reproduce and do not require food, relying instead on Wyvern Milk for energy. Just like the original Rathalos, they are superior fliers and will attack more violently with their claws while airborne.
Special Attack: Weak Roar, Minor Wind Pressure, Fireblight, Poison.

Similar to the Guardian Doshaguma, the Guardian Rathalos’ claws are now energised and can also create white explosions to annoy you. The Wylk crystals it can generate will also explode if ignited by its fiery breath, so destroy them quickly before that happens. Speaking of its fiery breath, it can naturally cause Fireblight, and some fireballs can really pack a punch damage-wise so be on your guard, and dodge frequently. As usual with fliers, Flash Pods are your friend to ground them, and get precious time to wail on their Head and Legs as weak points and take advantage of any subsequent wounding. It’s poisonous tail is used less than its female counterpart – the Rathian – but still be wary of it during the fight.
Weaknesses
Weapons: Slash weapons are the most effect, on the Head and Legs.
Effects: Fireblight is completely nullified, but Dragonblight is quite effective.
Elements: Thunder and Dragon-element weapons are the most effective.
Status Effects: All status effects except Exhaust are possible, and quite effective, except Poison, which is quite ineffective.
Items: Flash Pods and traps will work.
