Akupara Games today announced the first-ever Akupara Direct, a showcase streaming Sunday, September 6. The presentation marks the studio’s tenth anniversary and is the first in what the publisher intends to make an annual tradition.
The Direct is a half-hour presentation, hosted by indie lover and curator, AlphaBetaGamer and will feature multiple world premieres alongside release dates for previously announced titles. It rolls directly into a full day of live programming, with developer play sessions, AMAs, and community segments running through the afternoon. Full details on the line up will be coming soon!
For those that aren’t aware, Akupara Games has spent a decade publishing independent titles without outside investment, building a catalogue of nearly 50 games including Rain World, Cryptmaster, GRIME, Mutazione, Desert Child, and The Darkside Detective.
