Camel 101 and Wired Productions are teaming up to release the first-person shooter, Beneath, which the developer says is inspired by FEAR, Resident Evil, and even Half-Life.
The developer is the team behind Syndrome and Those Who Remain, and together with the announcement of Wire Productions as publisher, the team is also opening beta playtest sign-ups, which you can get involved with, via this link.

Following the success of psychological thriller Those Who Remain in 2019, Beneath marks a renewed collaboration between Wired Productions and Camel 101. Drawing inspiration from iconic titles such as F.E.A.R., Resident Evil, and Half-Life, Beneath is a Lovecraftian first-person survival horror that promises to deliver a gripping blend of action, psychological tension, and atmospheric storytelling.
When seasoned diver Noah Quinn’s routine expedition descends into chaos, he finds himself trapped in the depths of the ocean, where an ancient evil lurks. As supplies dwindle and nightmarish creatures close in, Noah must confront horrifying mutations, creeping madness, and a sinister conspiracy that threatens humanity itself.
The key features explain that ammo and other supplies will not be plentiful, and that the game is a mixture of stealth and combat.
