It feels like forever ago that The Wolf Among Us 2 was announced, but now we know it’s coming in 2027, with a nice surprise announced alongside it.
Along with that 2027 announcement, and a trailer to show off The Wolf Among Us 2, it was announced at SGF last night that the original game was being remastered.
“I’ve loved The Wolf Among Us for years, just like so many fans around the world. It remains one of the most beloved narrative games ever created,” said Michael Yum, PM Studios CEO. “Working alongside Telltale on both The Wolf Among Us Remastered and The Wolf Among Us 2 has been incredibly special for our team. We’re excited for longtime fans to step back into this neon noir world they’ve waited years to revisit, while welcoming a whole new generation of players to discover Bigby Wolf and Fabletown for the very first time.”
The team says: “Across five episodes – Episode 1: Faith, Episode 2: Smoke and Mirrors, Episode 3: A Crooked Mile, Episode 4: In Sheep’s Clothing, and Episode 5: Cry Wolf – players investigate crimes, question suspects, and make difficult choices that shape the course of the story in a mature noir thriller where every decision matters.
To honour the original story experience, Telltale has brought Fabletown to life again through enhanced visuals, refined character and environment presentation, an updated user interface, improved accessibility features, and technical enhancements including upgraded animation, audio, resolution and framerate improvements. In addition, players will have access to more than an hour of bonus content featuring behind-the-scenes videos, cast interviews, image galleries, and deleted scenes exploring the creation of the noir classic.”
Through the partnership, PM Studios is supporting global publishing, distribution, and go-to-market efforts for both The Wolf Among Us Remastered and The Wolf Among Us 2, helping bring the beloved gaming franchise to players worldwide while Telltale continues to lead creative development and narrative direction for the series. Both titles are officially licensed by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment on behalf of DC.

The Wolf Among Us 2 is coming in 2027, the remastered game is coming “Holiday 2026”.
