When you get to Central in CONTROL Resonant you’ll find multiple side quests available from the FBC field base. Langston is noted on the map as a person worth speaking to, and you’ll find him at the field panopticon. Unfortunately it’s broken and in need of repair, but luckily Dylan is happy to help.
After chatting to Langston he’ll send you into the panopticon. Go in and interact with the security terminal, which needs two new batteries before it can be used. One of these can be found at the entrance of the little nook the terminal is in, the other is just loose on the floor of the panopticon. Grab these individually and bring them back to the terminal to slot them in. You’ll then need a dish reassembling, and luckily one is on the floor of the panopticon. Grab it and look up to see another radar dish with a red light flashing above it. Jump onto the unit to reach it, reinstall it and then use the security system.
Langston tells you that you need to move the radio in unit B-02 so go to it and let Langston know you’re there. It won’t open, meaning there’s an issue with the unit labelling so he’ll need to know the right unit to open. Radio him and tell him it’s unit D-04 and it’ll open. Pick it up and it’ll start playing some weird old radio shows before the screen flashes and it moves out of your hands. Wait for it to start playing a radio show about the World Fair then grab it and stick it unit E-05.
Head back out to Langston to complete the mission, safe in the knowledge this potentially dangerous AWE is now under lock and key.
