Characteristics:
Leviathans that inhabit the Iceshard Cliffs. They have sharp, pincer-like tails and peculiar membranes on their necks that catch the wind and keep them aloft. Hirabami can sometimes be sighted nesting in groups along the cliffs, using their scales or foreclaws to cling to walls or ceilings while they sleep.
Special Attack: Weak Roar, Frostblight.

Weak Point: Mouth
Breakables: Head, Tail x5

Helpful Hints:
The biggest challenge close-range hunters will have is actually damaging Hirabami initially, as it floats around. Your best bet is to go for its tail, which can be broken up to five times, and will cause it to ground if broken on occasion. Long-range hunters should aim for the Head membrance which is breakable and will certainly ground them for everyone to wail on this monster. Keep an eye on wounding as this will also help to bring the Hirabami back to terra firma.
Weaknesses
Weapons: Blunt to the Head and Neck are the strongest but will be difficult to land in the air. Focus here once it is grounded.
Effects: Thunderblight ro Fireblight on the Head and Neck are your best bet, Iceblight is nullified.
Elements: Fire or Thunder-element weapons are the most effective.
Status Effects: All status effects are possible, although Poison and Sleep are the most effective.
Items: Flash Pods and traps will work.
