To Infinity and Beyond with a remaster and a collection.

Atari has announced two new Toy Story titles, including a “definitive collection” as well as a remaster of 2010’s Toy Story 3.

The publisher has confirmed that digital and physical editions will be released for both games on PC and console in October. Atari says: “The digital editions will release on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. The physical edition, containing both games, will be released for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation 5. Pre-orders for the physical edition will be available on June 2, at announcement.”

Toy Story: Retro Roundup! is a “definitive” collection of the classic Toy Story games, while Toy Story 3 Complete Edition is a modern remaster of the 2010 title, Toy Story 3.

Toy Story titles

“With Toy Story: Retro Roundup! and Toy Story 3 Complete Edition, classic Toy Story games have been reborn for fans as only Digital Eclipse is capable, with games carefully updated for modern platforms and supported by bonus content that takes you behind the scenes” said Ethan Stearns, VP of Games at Atari.

“We’re excited for players to jump back into Toy Story 3 and experience the creativity, humour and heart that makes Toy Story such a landmark franchise,” said Mike Mika at Digital Eclipse. “Toy Story 3 is celebrated as one of the great movie – to – game adaptations ever made, and it has been an absolute pleasure to rediscover.”

Toy Story: Retro Roundup! will include rewind and instant retry options, save and load anytime, cheat codes to unlock characters, and practice mode. There is a modernised tutorial, and there will be “extensive archival content” with an “all new behind the scenes interview”. Toy Story 3 Complete Edition will include 4K 60fps gameplay, and is coming via Digital Eclipse, same as Retro Roundup.

Toy Story: Retro Roundup! and Toy Story 3 Complete Edition will launch in digital and physical formats on October 15th, 2026.
