Funko has announced a Manchester City DLC pack is coming to Funko Fusion, just in time for the team’s appearance in the FIFA Club World Cup.
It might sound strange at first, but Funko (and indeed Funko Fusion) has already got some mad-sounding collaborations within the game. Check out Pep Guardiola, in Funko Fusion-form, below. In case you didn’t know, that’s Erling Haaland in the image at the top, too.
Here’s the features of the Manchester City DLC:
- Playable Manchester City Stars: Take control of stars Erling Haaland, Phil Foden, Ederson and Pep Guardiola who are customised in full Funko form.
- A choice of three Man City skins and exclusive weapons for each player to add to the gaming experience.
- Blast your opponents with the football cannon whilst playing as goalscoring royalty, Erling Haaland.
- As the England international Phil Foden you can use your football cannon or a corner flag to help create opportunities.
- Playing as Brazilian international Ederson, you will target enemies with the football cannon and if a bad guy is too close, clobber them with your giant goalkeeper glove.
- Play as football’s most iconic manager, Pep Guardiola, and use your trophy in hand to ward off rivals causing obstruction.
It’s worth noting the DLC will be available later today (June 18th) for PC (Steam), PlayStation, and Xbox. However, Funko and 1010 Games says that the DLC will come to Nintendo Switch and Luna “soon”.
