In the fifth episode of our Loot Level Chat podcast, we’re down to three people, but we’ve got lots to say still, as there’s plenty to play, and loads happening.
We lean heavily on the news this week, with Mick and Steve talking Adam through the upcoming title update for Monster Hunter Wilds. There’s loads coming, with new monsters, armours, and the meeting/gathering hub arriving imminently. It seems like the formula is repeating, but are the three happy with it?
Elsewhere in the news, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 has gone gold, meaning it’s coming on time, but what do the gang thing of the game so far, given they’ve not had a chance to play it. Lastly in news, Indiana Jones is coming to PS5, and it seems to have a special collector’s edition, which is weird, right?
Mostly soulslikes are the games we’ve been playing, so we focus on The First Berserker: Khazan, which Adam and Mick are pretty much smitten with.
The show ends with a single listener question, and this is a reminder that the full listener questions section will be behind our Patreon backers pay wall. Sorry about that, but the backers literally keep the lights on, financially, so we want to give them some special bits. Make sure YOU consider the Patreon, so you can ask questions and get them read out. We’ll have something a bit different on the bonus pod next episode, but the back catalog will always be there over on Patreon.
The bonus episode of the podcast for Patreons drops on Wednesdays as well, so make sure you have a think about supporting us there, to hear and see that one. Subscribe via the RSS feed link, here. You can download, share, and all the other lovely things via the little box below.
Thanks for your support so far, we appreciate it. The podcast will be weekly when we can manage it, and we’ll be dropping regular bonus podcast episode on the Patreon. We promise they won’t all be about Monster Hunter Wilds: we’re not obsessed, honestly!
Note that we answer the rest of the questions in the patreon bonus podcast, so consider backing us for £2.50/$2.50 a month for behind the scenes content, early access to audio and visual podcasts, and extra bonus pods. Oh and we’re on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and all those other podcast hosts now, so subscribe, and review — it really helps!
