As is the norm, Nintendo has put out a new episode of creator’s voice, celebrating upcoming titles and the developers behind Switch 2 games. This week it’s Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade.
Featuring Naoki Hamaguchi (Final Fantasy VII Remake series director at Square Enix), this new episode shows him talking about the Switch 2, saying “Since you can play Switch 2 in both handheld mode and TV mode, and it has improved technical specs, I felt it would have enough power to run the Final Fantasy VII remake series I was creating”. One might even assume that could mean further games in the series could hit Switch 2, right?
Here’s the new episode:
Last week’s episode was about Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition, and we’ve also had an episode on Split Fiction, and of course FromSoft talking about The Duskbloods.
You can catch each new episode of Creator’s Voice on the official Nintendo YouTube Channel every Tuesday at 2pm, or they’re all rounded up on a Nintendo page here. The last episode will air on May 20th. The series is dedicated to showcasing the developers behind the games, with Nintendo saying: “Tune in to Creator’s Voice for an inside look at what Nintendo’s development and publishing partners have in store and discover the secrets behind games and experiences coming to Nintendo Switch 2 following the console’s launch on June 5th.”
