We all know how important it is to optimise your build for hunting huge beasts, but your Monster Hunter Wilds Seikret also needs attention too. And whilst build optimisation is certainly helpful for progression, it plays second fiddle to the true purpose of the game, looking darn good. Well now we have even more options for unique expression for your personal transport, the Seikret. Here’s our handy guide to glamming up your ride.
Monster Hunter Wilds Seikret | When can I customise it?
Firstly, you’ll need to complete a particularly harrowing early battle in Low Rank with an angry Doshaguma. If you need help, our Doshaguma guide here should help you. Then, you’ll need to return to visit Kunafa, Windsong Village in the Windward Plains. Here you’ll need to talk to Nona to continue the story. It’s at this point that you’ll unlock the ability to customise your Seikret. You’ll have options such as skin colour, feather patterns, fancy decorations, and pendants to choose from. You can rename your feathered friend to your liking and even go as far as changing eye colours independently.
Not just Nona
Nona can be returned to at any point outside of a quest to make changes as you see fit. However, this isn’t the only place that this customisation can take place. Should you wish to make further changes on the fly, your Seikret can also be tailored to your whim at any base camp in each locale of the map, be it in the Scarlet Forest or the Ruins of Wyveria. Head into your hut and select the Appearance Menu and you’ll find Seikret Customisation at the bottom of the list.
Customising your Seikret not only looks good out and about in the field but will also allow you to express your creativity on your Hunter Profile page. Here you can choose from a number of exciting poses with your mount. This also lets you show off your unique look with other hunters from around the globe.
So that’s how you customise your Monster Hunter Wilds Seikret to get the perfect look for your mood. For more handy tips and guides for Monster Hunter Wilds, such as endemic life lists, armour and weapon tips plus much more, why not pay a visit to our other extensive guides.
