NetEase Games has announced that the cross-platform test for Once Human on mobile devices and PC has begun, letting people play together for now.
The Once Human cross-platform test will run from now until March 30th, and will allow players from North America, Europe, and Japan to all pay together. You have to complete a survey within the title, or join through “one of the game’s official social media communities”. NetEase also adds that “there will be limited slots, so sign up quickly”, and links to the page to do so.
Here’s some more important information if you want to get involved: “Players on mobile devices are required to use separate methods, as iOS users need to participate using TestFlight, while Android users need to install the game’s APK from the official site. PC players, on the other hand, can jump right in and experience the cross-platform test via the game’s official client once they get qualified.
Once Human’s cross-platform test uses the current global server environment that’s being used by the PC version of the game, This means that all of the content from the PC version, including all the Scenarios and the Visional Wheel/Lunar Oracle, can be experienced by mobile players throughout the test.”
The publisher added: “The full launch of Once Human on Android and iOS is scheduled for April 2025. Players can pre-register their interest using the following link to win in-game rewards, including weapons and items. Additionally, everyone who pre-registers will be entered into a lucky draw to win an iPhone 16 Pro Max.”
Once Human has seen incredible success on PC since its launch, hitting many player milestones over the past year. With the game arriving on mobile devices, the player base of Once Human will expand significantly, offering fans the chance to conquer the wasteland on the go. The cross-platform test is just the first step in the expansion of Once Human’s world, so make sure to participate and pre-register your interest for the mobile versions of the game.
Once Human is out now on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, and is coming to mobile devices proper in April.
