Large, white fanged beasts that rule over other Blango, attacking intruders as a pack. its muscularity and mobility allows it to strike swiftly, even on fresh snow, and pounce from long distances – so hunters with long-range weapons still need to stay on guard. large tusks are the mark of a powerful leader.
Special Attack: Weak Roar, Iceblight, Frostblight.

The Blangonga are incredibly quick and aggressive, owing to their smaller stature than other monsters you will have fought. Often surrounded by a pack of accompanying Blango, you’ll want to be sure to not get surrounded, and ideally takeout the smaller monsters first to give you some space. Blangonga has a variety of attacks including vicious swipes you should dodge, as well as tunneling underground, where you should look out for the snow moving underfoot to see where it will resurface, and be sure to dodge out of the way. Its ice breath can freeze, so needs dodging too, and if possible perform a Focus Hit on its Rear during the attack for a free Wound Strike.
