Exploring the dangerous world of Atomfall takes it out of you. With all of the different areas, there’re plenty of times you’ll need to run for your life. Whether simply going from point A to B or getting away from a killer robot or two, stamina is such an important part of the game. There’s a real easy way early on to improve your heart rate and not run out of stamina. In this Atomfall guide, we show you exactly what you need to do in order to make sure you can keep going for longer with better stamina.
Find training stimulants
There’s no specific way to get training stimulants, other than looking in every nook and cranny. They’re in places like B.A.R.D. containers and hidden away in research facilities. The good news is they aren’t hard to find. Not only are they in these places, they can also be found in plain view. Once you have enough, jump into the ‘Skills’ menu and unlock an important skill to improve your stamina in Atomfall.
Conditioning is key
There are four training areas in the skills menu: Ranged Combat, Melee Combat, Survival, and Conditioning. The skill you want to unlock is the one indicated my someone flexing their muscles. The description reads:
‘Heart rate rises slower and recovers faster.’
This will cost you 5 training stimulants, however, once unlocked it is potentially one of the most important, specifically early on. Once it is unlocked, you’ll be able to run for longer without having to stop and catch your breath. As mentioned, it is so important that you have good stamina. Without this skill, it won’t take long before you’re out of breath and the screen starts to turn black. You can thank us when you’ve managed to outrun those weird-as-hell druids in Casterfell Woods.
